What in the world is a baby weight contest??

Baby weight contest? Do you mean for the babies? Or the mom’s after baby?

In any event, inexpensive gifts for baby are bibs, packs of fancy burp cloths ( I am always in need of these), or cute little bedtime cds.

For mom, how about relaxing gifts for when she gets alone time, candles, bubble bath, a good book, or aroma teas and a mug.

Colored m&m’s in netting, candles w/ votive holder, small picture frames, pack of note cards, scented hand lotion… Hope this helps.

I would go with candy like bubblegum cigars or a cute bag with hard candies, tiny box of chocolates.
If the winners will all be female you could get small bottles of lotion, body wash or perfume.
