cheerychumms asked:
Im gonna throw my sister in law a baby shower and was wondering if there are any good websites that have BEAUTIFUL and adorable baby gifts? I dont wanna just get her an outfit etc. Something that comes in a very sweet set of some sort or something like that…something pretty =)

buy her a large ticket item, something that cost’s alot or looks like it cost alot. Like a stoller or play pen or highchair. Highchair aren’t expensive if you buy the right one. it doesn’t need to be fancy.
As a mother i would have apreciated it if someone got me a bag of diapers for every size and a box of wipe to get me started.
Congrats aunty!!!

If you’re going to buy an outfit don’t get newborn size. Everyone that goes to showers buys newborn and the baby doesn’t stay that small very long. My son was early and still didn’t get a chance to wear all the newborn stuff.
I saw some really adorable things at Babies R Us.

Nordstrom or has some of the cutest baby outfits. I love to shop there for my little girl. They have all the latest name brand clothing for babies. You can dress them just like a little adult.

try to go to the children’s place website they have really good things for both boy and girls.you can also try to go to the gymboree’s website they also have really nice things.both places have complete gift sets,i bought my sisters baby shower gift out of the children’s place(matching blanket, socks, outfit, hat, shoes, jumper, rattle),and don’t forget about the mom to be, some times moms don’t wont to be left out of the gift giving.

IF YOU REALLY WANT to do her (and you) justice…..I suggest that the BEST gift isn’t the CUTEST.
Try a baby tub, fill it with what everyone DOESN’T usually give…but is always needed:
Pack of diapers, towel & baby cloths, soaps & shampoo, powders, thermometer, baby wipes, hand mittens (prevents face scratching), nail clippers, ****** pads for her bras.
And depending on her, either: Bottle liners & or storage bags for ****** milk.
These things can get costly and in constant demand.
