There comes a time in everybody’s life when he or she has to give a baby a gift. The arrival of the newborn brings joy to the family, neighbors and friends. Whether the baby is a girl or a boy, the baby itself is a gift. The most beautiful gift of God. Choosing the perfect gift for the baby is not easy. In earlier times, parents-to-be used to wait till the baby’s birth, to receive gifts. It was a custom in some places, that the grandmother makes a baby blanket or quilts and gifts the baby with a little piece of silver. Gifts received at the baby shower used to be kept in the grandparents’ home. Today, with the changing time, baby gifts, especially baby showers are received before the birth of the baby.

First of all, the package. You must ensure that the gift package is beautiful. For, the parents, grandparents and other members of the family love to relish the looks of the package or wrapping. Some even describe the package to the baby!
